7. Settling Down
Who could imagine the Doctor getting a house, a proper house with doors and things... and carpets? That would be terrifying! But with the meta-crisis Tenth Doctor, no one can really tell. Now that hes been left stranded in Bad Wolf Bay for real, perhaps hes gone ahead and gotten a mortgage and he probably enjoys doing the dishes while humming to the familiar tune of the TARDIS, too. Or maybe he has gotten that mortgage together with Rose, because really, what more is there stopping them from giving into the tension? While Rose continues to work for Torchwood, she also seeks to rekindle her relationship with her beloved Doctor, as evident from her numerous attempts to reconnect with him and the passionate kiss shared between her and TenToo on Bad Wolf Bay. It can safely be assumed that they have managed to get past the initial state of awkwardness, after the real Doctor left Rose stranded with a strange man with the same face and memories as him, and have gone ahead to spend their lives together as wished for.
