Doctor Who Cast: Where Are They Now?

Pearl Mackie's one series stint as Bill Potts in Series 10 may have been brief but it was certainly memorable. From nearly dying in the vacuum of space to being converted into a Mondasian Cyberman, it's safe to say that Bill went through a lot in her short time in the TARDIS.

Having been resurrected by her immortal girlfriend, which is a pretty tame plot twist as far as Doctor Who goes, Mackie returned one final time in the 2017 Christmas special alongside Capaldi and Lucas.

Since then, Mackie has been appearing sporadically as a guest in television and film. Highlights include an appearance on Room 101, where celebrities are invited to condemn their pet hates to the titular room, and The Crystal Maze as Sleeping Beauty for a Christmas special.

Comedy fans will also likely recognise her as 'Lucy 1' from the most recent series of the hit sitcom Friday Night Dinner.
