Yeah that's right, when it comes to kissing The Doctor, Rory beats Amy.

In Series 7's Dinosaurs On A Spaceship, Eleven snogs Rory as way of a thank you. It's a hilarious moment between the two, with Arthur Darvill's disgusted face the source of much of the humour.

But why is this kiss so high on this list? Well the simple reason is that it was completely improvised by Matt Smith. That knowledge just makes the scene even funnier and highlights how good the two actors were to keep in character.
