Doctor Who: Every Doctor Kiss Ranked Worst To Best

While the Clara Oswald who ended up travelling with the Eleventh and Twelfth Doctors never got to kiss the Time Lord, the Victorian era version of her did in the 2012 Christmas Special, The Snowmen.

It's one of the great missed opportunities of Doctor Who that this Clara died and we ended up getting stuck with the modern day version, because she had some really good chemistry with Eleven and having a companion from a different time period would have made for a more interesting character.

Putting that aside for now, their kiss could well have been a forgettable moment in a rather poor episode, but thanks to Matt Smith's hilarious reaction, it ends up being a much more memorable moment. Even after Amy and River, Eleven's complete obliviousness to the fact that people fancy him is just a really funny character beat. And despite his claims that he didn't, he most definitely liked Clara's kiss as well.
