The Doctor, Yaz, and Graham encounter the dangerous and disgusting Ribbons of the Seven Stomachs in the Antizone, but as he's always resided there, you can't really blame him for acting with malevolent intentions.
There's something Pennywise about Ribbons as he leads the trio through the Antizone with one of his red lanterns, and threatens to carve Graham up with his knife unless the Doctor hands over her sonic screwdriver.
Trading valuable information - in this case, the whereabouts of Hanne's missing father Erik - in exchange for equally valuable items was Ribbons' life, something that the Flesh Moths ultimately took.
