If you're insanely wealthy enough to own a star system, then the impregnable Bank of Karabraxos is the safest place to keep it (not quite sure how you keep an entire star system in a bank vault). If you're looking to scam the bank in any way, then you'll be begging for jail time.
You can't deny that Director Karabraxos (Keeley Hawes) runs a tight ship: anyone arousing suspicion will find themselves at the mercy of the Teller and end up with a mushed up brain and caved in skull for their alleged crimes.
For absolute infallibility, Karabraxos used clones of herself - as seen with Ms Delphox - to act as head of security but also incinerated them if she deemed their performance unsatisfactory. However she wasn't a total bitch her whole life as she initiated the timey-wimey rescue mission to free the Teller and its partner.
