Like the Doctor said, it's really kind of obvious: creepily cloaked figures that are voiced by the same bloke behind another disreputable character from the Star Wars stable, Nute Gunray.
That said, they were always going to be mere window dressing to the real villain in Cassandra, so much so that the robotic spiders, which made more of a devastating impact on Platform One, are far more deserving of a place on this list (well, isn't this meant to be every NuWho villain, you ask?).
Nevertheless, in only its second episode, it showed us that Doctor Who was back with a fantastic 21st century bang.
