Doctor Who: Every Thirteenth Doctor Episode Ranked From Worst To Best
10. Fugitive Of The Judoon
Fugitive of the Judoon crept up on us, taking a fairly run-of-the-mill plot about a Judoon occupation of Gloucester and stealth-dropping not just the return of Captain Jack Harkness, but also, another incarnation of the Doctor.
The former is more of a cameo, and is fairly blatant fan service that does little to advance the plot beyond delivering a vague warning. The latter, however, is pretty bloody good, and introduces us to a no-nonsense, badass version of the Doctor, who rather awkwardly outshines the current incarnation.
What a shame she didn’t appear in any significant capacity ever again.
