3. Foxes
InterscopeAlthough Foxes is a name that may be instantly recognisable to the latest generation of Doctor Who fans, it is probably not one well known to all of those who grew up with the classic series. For those of you who are unaware, as a singer-songwriter, Louisa Rose Allen, to use her real name, has had six singles in the UK charts since 2012. She earned a grammy award for Best Dance Recording, which came courtesy Clarity, her collaboration with European music producer and DJ, Zedd. Other tracks have also seen her working with Rudimental, and even American rock group Fall-Out Boy. Doctor Who is her first acting credit however, which came from a lucky break when she got to meet the show's production team. Telling them how much of a fan she was lead to an invite to join the show, and she later stated that she "was literally running around set fangirling and being generally embarrassing." Hardly surprising when she is also quoted as saying she "got to go into the Tardis", although there is no indication as to whether this was for her role or not.
