4. Frank Skinner
BBCHaving risen to fame for his stand-up comedy, Frank Skinner co-wrote and performed that most legendary all football songs, Three Lions, and is now best known as both a TV and radio presenter, most notably for BBC's Room 101. In interviews Skinner has never been shy of his love for the series, and was also seen in Peter Davison's 50th Anniversary story The Five(Ish) Doctor's Reboot. Although this appearance as a Dalek operator may not be Doctor Who itself, he later voiced the role of a soldier in audio adventure Eyes Of The Master, opposite Eighth Doctor Paul McGann. On 16th May however, it was finally revealed that he would be appearing on-screen in an actual episode of the series. Although no further information regarding his character has been released, it is assumed that it will be bigger than the role of "third monster on the left" which he has been reported as volunteering for in the past. Despite this, the BBC announcement did state that he would be appearing in an episode written by Jamie Mathieson; a writer new to Doctor Who, but known for Being Human and comedy film Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel.
