Doctor Who Series 2 Cast: Where Are They Now?

13. Rory Jennings

Sticking with The Idiot's Lantern, remember little Tommy Connolly? The young boy who helped the Doctor and Rose by standing up to his horrible father? He was a good kid.

Tommy was portrayed by Rory Jennings, who, despite looking about 14, was actually 22 when The Idiot's Lantern aired. Somebody needs to raid this guy's attic, because there is definitely a Dorian Gray-style portrait up there.

Despite showing a ton of promise, Jennings hasn't done much acting since his run-in with the Doctor. He had a brief stint on Eastenders in 2007, and featured in a handful of episodes of The Bill around the same time.

Since then, he's pivoted to sports punditry, and has built quite the audience for himself on YouTube. His solo channel has around 300,000 subscribers – not bad for someone whose dad thought they were useless.

As a Chelsea fan, he spends the majority of his YouTube videos losing his mind over his team's poor performances. Better luck next season, eh Rory?
