2. He Saves People

"I'm the Doctor, and I save people!" This was his key line in the first trailer, and it's deemed worthy of repeating here. It certainly seems as though he'll have plenty of saving to do, as we have the shot of Maisie Williams looking pretty worried about something, a host of monsters to deal with, and just when he finishes the line we have the shot of Clara being surrounded by Daleks. However, while they will are likely need him to be a saviour, there could be a bigger picture to it as well. We know that series 9 is going to deal with the Doctor's face, and the mystery as to how we've already seen it back in the Fires of Pompeii and Torchwood Children of Earth. The Doctor made a big decision to save Caecilius, which later had an impact on John Frobisher's decision to kill himself and his family. It seems as though the Doctor will be dwelling on that throughout series 9.
