Lead Actor in a Drama Series - Jonny Lee Miller
I know CBS procedural shows tend to not get nominated, but damn is Jonny Lee Miller great in Elementary. If you dont believe me, watch the finale. He is perfect. He can go from any emotion to a completely different emotion in a matter of seconds and he makes you believe it entirely. I also want to say that if youre not watching Elementary, youre missing out. I tend to not be that big a fan on the procedural crime dramas, but this show has hooked me in. It has become a must watch show for me. There are few shows that get me pumped after a I watch them. After I watch certain shows I get excited afterwards. I just feel like moving, because Im so excited and I dont know how to express. I usually end up shadow boxing and looking like an idiot, but I do it anyway! Elementary is one of these shows that gets me that pumped. It is a fantastic piece of programming that I highly suggest you watch. Millers performance is great in every single episode, from the time where he almost relapses and has the drugs in his, to the finale when he notices Irene Adlers lack of birthmark. Miller definitely brings his A game very single episode.
