3. The Glaring In Memoriam Omissions

With another awards show comes yet more complaints about people being left off the In Memoriam segment, but indeed, the Emmys made some bizarre omissions this year, with some major name talent being instead relegated to a dedication on the Emmy website, if even that.

Some of the more notable and egregious exclusions include Ray Stevenson, Michael Gambon, Tom Wilkinson, Raquel Welch, Julian Sands, Lee Sun-Kyun, Ryan O'Neal, Jerry Springer, Kevin Conroy, and many, many more.

While awards shows generally argue that they can't include every name they want to due to time constraints, were all these actors really not worth an extra minute of the show?

It's worth cutting an oh-so-precious gag or two to make room for people who made major contributions to the realm of TV.
