Every Arrowverse Crossover Ranked From Worst To Best

Back when the Arrowverse crossover was a huge novelty, Flash Vs. Arrow was little more than two standalone episodes of The Flash and Arrow that were only vaguely related to each other.

Team Arrow found themselves in need of Team Flash's help analyzing Captain Boomerang's boomerang and their trip to Central City led to a fun little team-up that quickly went sideways when Barry was infected by Rainbow Raider. One battle between heroes later and all was good between the pair - and Team Flash was so grateful, they decided to return to the favour by travelling to Starling City (in the Arrow episode 'The Brave and The Bold') to help the Emerald Archer stop Boomerang.

Essentially two mini crossovers in one - tied by the overarching Boomerang narrative - this one was a highly entertaining offering that reminded us how effective these shows can be when they keep it simple. But it also managed to make both offerings feel extra special because of the magnitude of this whole crossover, and it's worth it alone for the epic fight between Oliver and Barry.

What a way to kick off what would quickly become an annual tradition..
