Every Big Mouth Main Character Ranked

Coach Steve Steve is a great example of a running gag that has been run into the ground, in that his entire character revolves around how unbelievably pathetic his life is. What should be a terribly tragic character is given some relief as the guy is so unintelligent that he naively doesn’t recognise the dire mess his life truly is.

Initially this lends the character a degree of likability. His naïveté is somewhat sweet but as the show goes on there seem to be increasingly unlikely reasons for him to be sticking around and the repeated jokes begin to wear thin. It might be better if this character was slowly phased out of the show.
