Plus, his cold smirk after committing murder made him thoroughly intimidating and scary.

He was the final big bad of the series, and lived up to this moniker well thanks to his deplorable actions. Forcing Jesse into making meth for him against his will, and the fact that he killed both Gomez and Hank is reason enough to rank him slightly higher on this list.
