Every DC Comics TV Show EVER Ranked From Worst To Best
21. Adventures Of Superman
The Man of Steel's long and successful relationship with the small screen began all the way back in 1952 when Adventures of Superman debuted. With George Reeves in the lead role and a theatrical aura about it, the show was undoubtedly unlike anything else on the small screen at the time.
It also enjoyed a lot of success, running for over a hundred episodes and only coming to an end because of Reeves' untimely death in 1959. Speaking of Reeves, he embodied the role in a way that few ever have, and in spite of some pretty dated effects, there's a timelessness about this one that allows it to mostly hold up today.
