You could realistically point to either Wanda Maximoff or Agatha Harkness as the main villain of WandaVision, depending on your perspective. But one character that you can’t deny was an antagonist was SWORD's Tyler Hayward.

All series he was up to something, trying to paint Wanda as the villain with doctored surveillance footage, but his true endgame wasn’t revealed until the post-credits scene of the eighth episode.

Fans already knew that SWORD had jurisdiction over the remnants of Vision’s body, but they didn’t know that the former Avenger would be re-assembled and re-animated with the help of Wanda’s power. This set up a major part of the finale in a big way.

After fighting the new Vision, the original Vision (now dubbed "White Vision") grew conflicted and flew away from Westview. Where exactly he went is still a mystery, but it’s a certainty that he will show up at some point in the future. Still, it will take a big surprise to match the shock of his existence at all.
