Every Sex Education Character Ranked Worst To Best
13. Viv Odusanya
Again, it's a shame to see such a likeable character so low down the rung. But, while Viv debuted in the show with lots of promise, she ended up feeling like a second fiddle figure as things progressed.
This character started explosively, as her arc with Jackson in season two saw her go from a standoffish and severe individual to a caring and likeable friend. This somewhat continued in season three with the head girl plotline, but her clashes with Jackson and general lack of likeable moments made it tough to sympathise with her.
In addition, her online relationship narrative felt shoe-horned in and wasn't developed enough to have much fun. It probably would have worked better as a sex therapy subplot coming from someone who wasn't a central character.
Viv is undoubtedly admirable and has had some great moments in the show. But, she still feels like a supporting character who hasn't found her place in the story yet.
