Every Umbrella Academy Episode Ranked Worst To Best

From the family sticking by Vanya's side when she left for Sissy's house, to the actual showdown itself between Lila and her powers, and almost every Hargreeves, there was non stop action at a breathless, unforgiving pace in the season two finale.

From the very beginning, Lila was one of the best characters of this season, and was given a simply incredible ending to her story. She may not have been the same kind of villain as Vanya from season one, but again the show was able to make her both physically unstoppable and emotionally vulnerable at the same time.

The finale was also able to offer yet more surprises, as surely no one expected to see the entire family get slaughtered. Yet, 5's ultimate solution showed how much he grew as a character throughout the series, finally realising that sometimes less is more.

Though season one was incredibly strong, the second season was much better, punctuated by a simply epic finale, that tied up every loose thread from the previous nine episodes, and left us with more than a few burning questions going into a possible third season.
