Every Upcoming MCU Disney+ Series Ranked By Anticipation

The small screen has just as much to offer the MCU as the big screen.

There have been plenty of differences between the Infinity Saga and the still-young Multiverse Saga, some of them subtle and some of them not so subtle. One of the biggest changes is that Phases Four, Five, and Six are able to boast several Disney+ series alongside their movies.

In Phase Four alone there have been eight shows, all varying in quality and reception from the MCU fandom. Though the majority have been enjoyable, the fact that there are so many more coming on the slate is heavily contributing to the kind of MCU fatigue many fans are feeling post-Avengers: Endgame. Are all of these extra series really necessary?

On the slate of the Multiverse Saga there are currently 10 confirmed series set to release on Disney+, some of which are far more anticipated than others. While certain series will have fans chomping at the bit, potentially having a huge impact on the MCU, there are others that it really does seem like the franchise could do without.

This list will feature only those that have been officially confirmed, not the likes of the reported Wonder-Man or Wakanda-based offering, and as ridiculously exciting as it is, the upcoming X-Men '97 will take place outside of the MCU's walls.

10. Agatha: Coven Of Chaos

There were two absolute stars of WandaVision, namely Wanda and Vision. Then there was a strong backup of secondary characters balanced between returnees like Monica Rambeau, Jimmy Woo, and Darcy Lewis, and MCU newbies like Billy and Tommy, and Agatha Harkness.

Played by Kathryn Hahn, the latter proved to be very popular with fans. However, having her own Disney+ series may be more than what is necessary. Many fans are claiming that Marvel Studios is throwing too much content at audiences, and this could be a prime example.

Surely it takes more than being a good supporting character to earn a solo franchise, right? Wanda and Vision, Sam Wilson, Loki, and Clint Barton all did more than enough to earn their time in the spotlight, even if it was on the small screen, but Agatha hasn’t as of yet.

The series will likely be entertaining enough, and Hahn will once again prove to be very popular, but if fans were going to say which upcoming series they could do without, this would likely be top of the list.
