Typically when a champion or legend was dethroned in a sport such as boxing, they sought out revenge. For Deirdre Jackson, however, that wasn't the case.

During the episode "Baby, You Knock Me Out, " Peter Griffin volunteered his wife to step into a boxing ring and show what she was made out of. Lois had no intention of fighting in front of everyone, but after being agitated by her spouse, she ended up demolishing her opponent while envisioning he was in the ring instead. This went on for several fights until she finally retired from the ring.

Lois explained she only fought to get some of the stress caused by Peter out. While she found boxing to be exhilarating at first, she had her fill.

That was, until Ms Jackson, who had killed several boxers and bullied her Peter, brought her out of retirement for one last bout. Yet, despite humiliating the monster, Jackson was written off of the show and never challenged Lois to a rematch. Given that the boxer was infatuated with her perception as a killer, it seemed doubtful she would let such a loss go.
