Family Guy: 10 Best Characters Who Only Appeared In One Episode

5. Evil Stewie (Season 9, Episode 12)

Whereas Bitch-Stewie was a drooping yet kind-hearted (albeit complete disaster) clone of the Griffin toddler, Evil Stewie was the exact opposite. Stewie's unintended double was an unrelenting assh*le who looked like the original in every way aside from the inverted colors of his shirt and overalls.

In his solo appearance, the nefarious twin came into existence after Stewie failed to give an older boy his comeuppance at the park. Believing he had lost his villainous touch, he utilized a homemade neural enhancer to strengthen his evil side. As fate would have it, he ended up creating a clone who absorbed all of his wickedness instead.

Evil Stewie was too strong of a force to ever escape one episode, as seen through acts such as cutting off Brian's tail and stuffing it in Stewie's mouth as well as luring the Kool-Aid Man to his death.

Ultimately, Brian killed the character (or did he?) after a classic which-one's-the-real-one standoff. Giving a cat-like wink at the closing, viewers were led to believe that, perhaps, the wrong Stewie was murdered. However, Seth MacFarlane and his lackeys never followed up on the cliffhanger.
