5. Road To Europe
In this episode, just the second in the series, Brian and Stewie sing about how they stink as a duo. They may have had their ups and downs in terms of their relationship over the years, but this episode disproved their sentiment entirely.
The Griffin baby and dog are arguably the greatest duo in Family Guy history, and it’s in no small part thanks to episodes like 'Road to Europe'. This was a real adventure, as the two globetrotters went through a lot to get to where they were going, with a genuine reason as to why they were doing it.
Stewie’s obsession with Jolly Farm Revue took him and Brian to the BBC in London, by way of the Middle East, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands, before the crushing realization that his dream was built on a lie. At least he had Brian by his side for the news, however.
Supported by Peter and Lois’ side story at Kiss-Stock, which gave Brian and Stewie the time for such an epic journey, the two told a fun story with one of the strongest musical numbers Family Guy can boast.
