Family Guy: Every 'Road To' Episode Ranked Worst To Best

While 'Road to Germany' played with the idea of time travel, 'Road to Vegas' utilized another of Stewie’s bizarre inventions. This was actually very unique, and offered a new style of story for Brian and Stewie to find themselves lost in.

After Brian won tickets to see Celine Dion in Vegas, he and Stewie decided to travel there by teleportation. Only the machine essentially cloned the Griffin pair, sending one set happily and instantly across the country, leaving the other to catch a plane like normal people.

Their great differences in fortunes, often because of each other, was a fun dynamic, and the story itself was original and fun. The road to Vegas may have only been a split second for one version of Brian and Stewie, but it led to a funny, and compelling episode.

It still managed to get very dark as it showed the absolute worst of both characters. Brian chose for Stewie to die instead of himself when confronted by a loan shark, while the other Stewie convinced the other Brian to commit suicide in fear of the same loan shark. The remaining one of each pair came together again in a horrifyingly neat ending.
