11. Heart Attack
We cut, then, to the Gerhardt family: the dad, Otto; the mother, Floyd; and the three sons, Rye, Bear, and Dodd. Otto is in the middle of giving something of a powerful head-of-the-family speech, a take-no-bulls**t approach to his family crime business, when he appears to have some sort of heart-attack or stroke (it's later confirmed to have been the latter). The Gerhardts are going to be one of the major families this year it seems, and it had appeared that Otto was heading that up. However, after just a couple of minutes on the screen, it seems as though they're getting ready to kill him off.
