5. Those Rumoured Characters Were Total BS
The Fear The Walking Dead script leak follows a whole bunch of unconfirmed rumours about the project. One in particular gave out a pretty detailed list of character names and biographies which, on the basis of the main players in this pilot script, are total BS. Well, sort of. According to that earlier report, the show would focus on six characters: the Cabreras, Latino a father and son; the Tompkinses, a single mother with two troubled teenagers; and former flower-child Andrea Chapman, who is recovering after leaving a horrible marriage. The latter of which seems familiar... The characters in the script seems similar, but the names are different. The Fear The Walking Dead actually revolves around divorced teacher Travis, soon to be married to fellow teacher Madison, making him stepfather to her teenage kids Alicia and Ian. Then there's Travis ex Liza and their teenage son Christopher, in a family about to break apart.
