Game Of Thrones: 10 Best Moments Of Poetic Justice

1. Viserys' Death

Without a doubt the best villain death in Game of Thrones came early on in the show as Viserys' vicious demands for a golden crown are met by Karl Drogo who obliges to his wishes. Viserys was the first person you learned to despise in Thrones, and his quest for power was relentless. His impatient, discourteous behaviour landed 'the dragon' in hot water with the Dothraki, but his punishment is exacted in one almighty way as Drogo utters (in Dothraki) that Viserys will receive a "golden crown that men will tremble to behold". Drogo begins to melt down golden medallions as Viserys is restrained, and with one badass "a crown for a king" line, the warrior pours the molten metal over the Targaryen's head. It's an intense, but outstanding scene, and results in the most unique, poetically justified moment in Game of Thrones' history.
