1. Cersei Lannister
Cersei is the perfect balance of being a high-profile departure, with a huge chance of meeting a grisly end. If and when she's found guilty, Cersei is done for. The punishment will be extreme, and could easily result in her death.
It would be a massive loss for the show to depart from a character who has played a key role since the first episode, but in Cersei's own words: "When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die." Cersei has lost everything she holds dear, she's not winning, and by her own logic, that spells doom for her.
Of course, while Cersei looks like one of the stronger favourites to die in the Season 5 finale, there are plenty of other candidates for an exit, both included and excluded from this list, but who do you think we'll see the last of?
