Game Of Thrones: 10 Questions We’re Asking After 'Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken'
4. When Will Bad Things Stop Happening To Sansa?
It's pretty self-explanatory. Sansa Stark is the unluckiest girl in the Seven Kingdoms, witnessing and suffering some awful incidents. First off, Arya's direwolf snapped at Joffrey in the first season, yet it was Sansa's beloved wolf that paid the price. She was later betrothed to Joffrey, the boy of her dreams, who turned out to be a prostitute-torturing maniac and gave the order to hack Eddard Stark's head off. If watching her own father's execution wasn't bad enough, she was forced to look at his head impaled on the battlements, then held hostage in King's Landing, mockingly wedded to Tyrion - a rare, surprising bright patch for her. Sansa finally fled the clutches of the Lannisters and fell into the arms of Littlefinger whose creepy kiss almost got her flung out of the Eyrie's Moon Door, before being escorted back to Winterfell where she had to show courtesy to the man who murdered her brother and betrayed her mother, Roose Bolton. Then in Episode 6 she was married to his son, the one and only man even worse than Joffrey, in the most depressing wedding of all time. She was then raped on her wedding night while psychologically-slaughtered Theon Greyjoy, ward-turned-traitor of her family, was forced to watch. She has THE worst life of anybody in the Seven Kingdoms, bar none. When will the misery end?!
