Game Of Thrones: 10 Reasons Season 6 Will Be The Best Yet
9. No More Books
Since the beginning of the series, Game of Thrones fans have fit neatly into two categories; those who have read the books and those who havent. It has been a tense relationship between the two factions with book fans holding their advanced knowledge and threat of spoilers over the heads of the show-only fans. But with this season, the tyranny ends. Try as he did, George R.R. Martin was unable to stay ahead of the shows overwhelming pace, and so Season 6 will be the first time the show ventures into unknown territory. While there have been certain storylines that have stretched past A Dance With Dragons, this will be the first time every viewer will be entering into the season blind as to what might happen. There are plenty of theories to go by, but, in the end, that's all just speculation. Some book lovers are upset by the prospect of having Martin's last two novels spoiled by the show and some have even considered avoiding this season. But there's really nothing to worry about as the showrunners have even said the mysteries of the books will remain largely untouched and the deviations from the source material means you can enjoy both iterations separately. So instead of lamenting your loss of power of the uniformed, take part in the joy of watching the show with no idea what will happen next.
