Game Of Thrones: 10 Worst Episodes (According To IMDb)
7. Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken - 8.0
While 'Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken' is named for the words of the Martells of Dorne, only a portion of the episode takes place in the southern sands of Westeros. As Jaime and Bronn arrive in Dorne, they engage in battle with the Sand Snakes for the fate of Princess Myrcella.
The entire Dornish storyline was one of the weakest Game of Thrones had to offer. While the Sand Snakes do appear in the books, they actually worked to crown Myrcella as the Queen of Westeros. The show, however, turned Nym, Obara, and Tyene into three relatively pointless characters.
The biggest down however, and the scene that made this one of the most controversial episodes of the show, came after the wedding of Sansa Stark and Ramsay Bolton. After the ceremony, the bastard of the Dreadfort took his new wife to their chambers and raped her, all while making Theon watch.
Throughout its run, Game of Thrones pushed a lot of boundaries, and even crossed a few lines, but none more so than this in the eyes of a lot of viewers.
