Game Of Thrones: 10 Worst Episodes (According To IMDb)
6. A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms - 7.9
The sixth worst episode of Game of Thrones is also looked at as the best season eight had to offer, meaning that to the surprise of no one who watched the show, the six episodes of season eight come dead last in the rankings.
Based entirely in Winterfell, 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' solely worked to build up to the battle with the white walkers. Since Tormund had scouted the Night King's army on his way back from the Last Hearth, the forces of the living knew that their time was almost up.
Seeing a group of people from all over the world facing their last night on this Earth was actually quite moving, and set up the Battle of Winterfell incredibly well. The moment from which the episode took its title was truly heartwarming, and was perhaps both Jaime and Brienne's strongest moment throughout the whole series.
Instead of being poor in its own right, 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' suffered from the complete let down that was the rest of the season, washing away anything and everything that the episode put in place that could have could have, and should have, paid off in the subsequent episodes.
