10. Mance Rayder (Ciaran Hinds)
Belfast born Ciaran Hinds probably boasts the most impressive filmography of the actors mentioned in this article, but until recently, has done very little to find himself center stage in any of them. It's a crying shame as Hinds is, for me, one of the best British actors currently working today. He joined the cast of Game of Thrones at the beginning of Season 3, playing Mance Rayder, the Wildling King. However before donning the fur coats required for life beyond the Wall, Hinds had been busy adding a bounty of successful films to his portfolio. Being a fan, I've seen most of the films I'm about to list and chances are, you've clasped your eyes on at least a couple yourself. He's starred in: The Woman in Black, the final Harry Potter (as Aberforth Dumbledore), Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, In Bruges, The Rite, Salvation Boulevard, Munich, There Will Be Blood, Road to Perdition, The Sum of All Fears, Lara Croft (the Cradle one), Miami Vice, Phantom of the Opera, Ghost Rider 2 and the critically acclaimed HBO/BBC collaboration, 'Rome' in which he played the eponymous Julius Caesar. That's something to be proud of Ciaran.
