Since death has long been the currency for Game Of Thrones, and the stakes have been changed massively by the increasingly shocking murders as the seasons have progressed, there has to be some concern that the show won't be able to pull the right impact out of the bag to kill the most despised characters.

Joffrey's death was pleasantly satisfying, but how on Earth are they going to give Ramsay what he deserves? He's a villain of cartoonish proportions and there isn't enough karma in the world to match how he really should die. The same goes for Meryn Trant, whose evil will probably end on the sharp point of Needle (after Arya plays a prostitute for him). And even though he was clearly very conflicted about Shireen's death, Stannis now deserves something particularly nasty to happen to him.

Perhaps something tied in to the Lord Of Light appearing and telling him Melisandre is actually just full of sh*t.
