11. Jon Comes Back
Season 5 ended with the major shock (or not, if youd read the books), of Jon Snows death at the hands of his fellow Nights Watch brothers (f**k Olly). Almost as soon as it happened, once your brain had actually managed to process the sequence and gotten beyond the WTF?! stage, talk turned to just how hed be coming back. Because although Game of Thrones has a reputation for killing off anyone at anytime, theres almost no way Jon is staying dead. Hes just too important to the ultimate endgame, or at least weve been led to believe thats the case. Sam does his best to ease our fears before we even knew we had them, as in an earlier season 5 episode he says of Jon: He always comes back. Say it again, Sam.
