Back at the beginning of Season 5, Game of Thrones delivered its first flashback sequence, as we went back to Cersei's childhood and her meeting with Maggy, a woods witch who gave her some grave prophecies. She promised Cersei that she would have three children, with golden crowns and golden shrouds, which has since come to pass as Joffrey, Tommen, and Myrcella have all died. There is still the question of what the prophecy means for her pregnancy too, further hinting that Cersei won't have the child. But what about the rest?

"You'll be queen, for a time. Then comes another, younger, more beautiful, to cast you down and take all you hold dear."

Cersei believed this to be Margaery, hence her plans to take her down, which ultimately ended with Margary's death and Cersei becoming the true Queen. At the same time, Margaery did cast her down and take all she held dear, in a sense, since she had to perform the Walk of Atonement and lost Tommen. Is that the prophecy fulfilled? If not, then the most likely younger, more beautiful Queen is Daenerys, who is already opposed to Cersei. At the same time, there's even a chance that it could apply to Sansa - she's the Lady of Winterfell and, if the North rejects Jon because of his parentage (or he himelf decides he can't be King in the North), then she could be styled as Queen, and then take Cersei down.

"And when your tears have drowned you, the Valonqar shall wrap his hands about your pale white throat and choke the life from you."

This part of the prophecy didn't make it into the show, which could mean it just doesn't matter, or that they're trying to hide it because it gives the game away. Valonqar is High Valyrian for 'little brother', but it isn't actually gender-specific, so it doesn't have to be a male. It could be Tyrion, but the most likely candidates right now are Jaime and Arya.
