Anytime Lady Olenna finds a new sparring partner is a great moment for the show, especially one who can more than hold their own against her. After some old-age-related banter they get down to business, namely the arrest of Margaery and Loras, and its the Sparrow who comes out on top. As he points out, he has nothing that she can use against him, making him an opponent she cannot beat. So, if you cant beat em, join em, and thats sort of what Olenna does after her and Littlefinger get up to their old conspiratory ways, which results in Olenna handing the High Sparrow the secret Cersei's been hiding right under his nose.
