Likely Outcome: New claimants to the Throne.

Though Balon's time is surely running out, the arrival of Euron will give the Greyjoys a significant shot in the arm. The cool pirate uncle looks destined to be this season's new cult hero, and his arrogance and insistence that he has the power to lead his family into battle against the whole of Westeros looks very promising.

Euron's reputation precedes him if you're familiar with the books, but even if it's played down somewhat, his arrival to take over his brother's rule will turn the ironborn into a new major player in the Game. As it stands, even with Reek's blemish on their reputation, they're a wildcard who have already attempted one rebellion and who would surely press any advantage if they sense the Lannister/Baratheon reign in Westeros is struggling at all.
