Game Of Thrones: 7 Reasons Why Ramsay Is More Evil Than King Joffrey
He's much more of a bastard now he's no longer a bastard.
Game of Thrones is a show with more than its fair share of bad guys, with at least half of the characters being villainous in some way. While most of these are of varying shades of grey, there are some who just come across as downright evil. So far, the biggest example of this has been King Joffrey. Few characters in recent television history have been as loathed as fiercely as Joff, from his spoiled ways to his mental torture of Sansa to killing a whore with a crossbow. From the first moment we met him, failing to offer the Starks condolences for Brans fall, through to having Mycah killed, then Ned Stark beheaded, Sansa beaten, and hiding during the Battle of Blackwater, few characters have shown themselves to be as arrogant, cowardly, stupid and vicious as Joffrey, right up until his death at his own wedding. With his demise, there was a vacuum that needed to be filled with a new villain. Step forward Ramsay Bolton, formerly Snow. He proved himself to be sick and twisted, capable of matching anything Joffrey did, during Seasons 3 and 4 while only a secondary character, but now he's one of the central villains of Season 5, and has managed to succeed the late King in the 'evil' stakes. However, there may be some debate as to which of the pair is worse, so heres a look at how and why the Bastard of Bolton is a bigger villain than the bastard son of Jaime and Cersei.
