Game Of Thrones: 7 Reasons Why Ramsay Is More Evil Than King Joffrey
3. The Torture Of Theon/Reek
Following on from the Sack of Winterfell, Ramsay takes Theon as his own prisoner, rather than giving him over to Robb Stark. This leads to an ongoing arc over the past three seasons: first the torture of Theon, before completely dismantling his character, effectively burning him to the ground the way he did Winterfell, and raising him up again as Reek. He puts Theon/Reek through an array of mental and physical anguish, the latter of which reaches its peak in Season 3, when he cuts off Theons penis...and sends it to his father in a box. The psychological torture continues though, with Ramsays twisted games turning Theon fully into Reek, who remains loyal to him no matter what, and even confesses to loving him.
