10. Jon's (Potential) Comeback Needs To Be Quick

The worst thing Games Of Thrones can do is 'pull a Walking Dead'. I'll not name names (even though you've probably already seen who I'm talking about), but one particular character's death rocked the show, it was a stunning moment. However, immediately after, fans drew up theories as to how they could have survived and would you believe it, they did indeed return in that highly contrived manner. It wouldn't have been the worst decision had they not dragged the story out for several episodes. Everyone had it figured out, yet the creators continued to tease the possibility that the character was actually dead and when it was revealed otherwise, the pay-off fell flat. If Jon is making an expected comeback, it needs to be in the first episode of the season, or the second at the very latest. Any longer will waste valuable Thrones time and turn a great story into a tedious waiting game.
