7. Ramsay Kills Roose Bolton

In light of Ramsay Bolton's failed attempt to capture Sansa and Theon last week, he proposes storming Castle Black in order to kill Jon Snow, something Roose staunchly disapproves of.

News then comes that Walda Bolton has given birth to a boy, and after Roose assures Ramsay that he will always be first firstborn, Ramsay stabs him through the chest, killing him.

Ramsay then tells Maester Wolkan to inform the other northern houses that Roose was poisoned by their enemies, taking his villainy to the next level and pretty much cementing himself as the new Joffrey: the obnoxious, psychopathic runt you can't wait to see torn apart by Jon Snow sometime down the line.

And it only gets worse...but more on that in a moment.
