Game Of Thrones Season 6: 25 Most Epic Moments

At the beginning of Season 6 both Brienne and Sansa really needed a win. Brienne had spent about two full seasons failing miserably to uphold her oath the Catelyn Stark that she'd protect her daughters. Even her revenge kill on Stannis wasn't the satisfying moment she had hoped for. And Sansa... well she's had a rough couple of years. So this moment was very earned for both of them.

The moment Brienne charges out of the trees to chop down the Bolton men is the season's first cheer-worthy moment. The fact that the men are caught off guard by a woman attacking them makes it all the more satisfying when she cuts them down. Even Pod gets in on the action with some sword fighting from the back of his horse.

The cherry on top of it all is Brienne offering her sword to Sansa again. It's a testament to Brienne's honor as a knight that she wouldn't let a thing like rejection stop her from fulfilling her duty.
