Inevitably there's lots of battle action shots in the teaser - firmly suggesting that the one versus one battle either doesn't happen, or comes after an initial skirmish. I would personally suggest that Ramsay wouldn't fight Snow one on one, because it would mean missing out on the opportunity to see thousands of people die. He doesn't just want to win a battle, he wants to enact all out war to feed his blood lust.

And while the stakes are very high and the chances of success for the Starks very low, they can count on the marauding power of Wun Wun the giant to crack some Bolton heads.

As long as Jon has Wun Wun to call upon, he has arguably the most potent weapon in the field (assuming Melisandre isn't going to be available to use any of her magic.)

Unfortunately, his power probably also means he's going to be killed. He's too big a player and too valuable (he could simply squash Ramsay without too much of a second thought), and it's painfully likely that the giants race will die out with him on this battlefield.
