Being the honourable, heroic man he is, Jon offers Ramsay the chance of one on one combat to resolve the battle, presumably in a pre-fight parlay in the middle of the field. Does this mean we'll get a BastardBowl in place of a CleganeBowl?

For all of Ramsay's snark and his military prowess, you really can't help but assume that Jon will emerge victorious and hopefully will put Ramsay under Wun Wun's boot to be smushed into little pieces. If only to wipe that bloody smirk off his face...

Personally, I'll be absolutely gutted to see Ramsay slain. He's too great a character, no matter how evil and he will leave a charismatic villainous vacuum that Euron Greyjoy will have to work hard to fill next season (presumably).

I can only hope he survives the battle and sets about once more trying to get revenge, so we can see Theon finally gain his own vengeance next season on his emasculator. But there's just something about Jon's stance here that suggests he's looking down on a vanquished foe...
