3. Theon

You could argue that Theon died a long time ago and that only Reek remains. His redemption arc has led Sansa out of Winterfell, and if she succeeds in finding aid from there, there's nothing left for Theon to live for. He would die a relatively noble death considering how miserably he let the North down in taking Winterfell for the Ironborn. I just can't see where Theon can develop from here. He's too far gone to return to his old cocky self, so a clean, content death is pretty much the best he can hope for and that could easily happen very soon. Chances of Dying: 8/10
