4. Ramsay

Could Ramsay be hated anymore than he already is? I highly doubt it. I feel like the Bolton's treatment of Sansa has escalated the hatred towards Ramsay to a point where he can't really sink any lower. There's only so much violence one character can produce before it becomes lazy and/or unnecessary so I feel like Ramsay is under threat and will go down in flames before he becomes stale. If Jon's return does actually happen, there's suggestions he could aim for Winterfell, and if that's the case, Ramsay isn't getting out of there alive. He'll be given the most excruciating death of all, no doubt about it. Flaying, anyone? Chances of Dying: 8/10
