22. A FINGER IN THE BUM!

Though the silly reaction to his image change to a sort of swaggering Jack Sparrow-like cosmic sex pirate was entirely over-blown (since he was SO much better this season than last), Euron Greyjoy has a lot to answer for.

He was billed as being FAR worse than Ramsay Bolton - a fact that Pilou Asbæk actually foreshadowed ahead of his appearances - and while he did despatch two Sand Snakes with aplomb, he did very little to actually prove those claims. Perhaps we'll see it in the final season, since he made it out alive, but he'll have to pull off some seriously heinous sh*t to change public perception of him.

The problem for that promise is that Euron is great. He might be a villain, but he's darkly charming and eminently quotable, and his "finger in the bum" taunt of Jaime Lannister goes down as one of the greatest ever - and most shockingly brilliant - lines in the entire show. The fact that either Cersei or Jaime tolerates it is just baffling and beautiful all at once.
